Copper : Sub-Prime Crisis, What Crisis?

Copper?s first reaction to the emergence of the sub-prime crisis in late summer 2007 was a predictable one. The cash quote fell from $8,210/tonne on July 23 to a recent low of $6,273/tonne on December 18. The bull market in copper has been written off prematurely a number of times in recent years.
